About

I think like an executive without losing a builder's curiosity.

I work at the intersection of business, technology, data and human behavior. The goal is never to look right — it is to improve the quality of the decision.

Perspective

Autonomy grows when reasoning stops being implicit.

When I work as a product and agile mentor and coach, I make sure knowledge does not depend on what is visible on a board, chart or interface. That requires precise communication and shared understanding beyond the visual channel.

In Scrum, Kanban and product mentoring, I ask teams to explain their reading of flow, efficiency and risk. The questions reveal gaps and, over time, build the autonomy to interpret the data and decide without concentrating knowledge in a single person.

People will forget what you said, but they will never forget how you made them feel.
— quote attributed to Maya Angelou

Edge

Making the complex simple is creativity.

— Charles Mingus

I combine systems thinking and pragmatism, a focus on measurable results and data-driven decisions. What I deliver usually falls into four areas:

Flow and predictability

I optimize flow, find bottlenecks and handle dependencies so work moves with fewer surprises.

Prioritization and decisions

I force choices, surface trade-offs, mitigate risk, control cost and ground it all in data analysis.

Governance and alignment

I design lean governance that delivers and align the strategic, tactical and operational levels.

Change and connection

I build engagement for change and connect business, finance, product, engineering, sales and marketing.

Principles

How I make decisions

Complexity must become a choice

Strategy only guides when it makes priorities, limits and what will deliberately not be done explicit.

A good metric shapes behavior

Indicators link customer value to business impact and fit what the team can act on. And since metrics shape behavior, I choose carefully which one to encourage.

Every decision contains a trade-off

Trade-offs need to be visible so that different people can align and act with autonomy.

Change depends on buy-in

A good solution is not enough. You must influence, communicate and create the conditions for others to sustain it.

Volunteer work

Knowledge is also a service.

Co-authorship with social impact

I took part in 6 collaborative books whose revenue is fully directed to charities and non-governmental organizations.

Agility in service of a social organization

I volunteered as a Scrum Master, helping a non-governmental organization build autonomy and improve its processes.

Trajectory

Technical depth, business accountability and organizational change.

I hold a master's and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universidade Federal Fluminense. In my master's, I focused my research on data science, e-Science and artificial intelligence. I also completed a specialization in strategic management and innovation at Copenhagen Business School. My career began in software and requirements engineering and moved through product, agility, portfolio management, data and artificial intelligence at companies such as Itaú Unibanco, PicPay, M4U (Grupo Cielo), Roads, MUXI and Audima. I'm a carioca, from Niterói, and I work globally: remotely with teams worldwide and, on-site or hybrid, across Southeast Brazil.
