How I turned context into action
- Created a gamified maturity-tracking experience inspired by the Kanban Maturity Model.
- Ran workshops and mentoring on Scrum, Kanban, value slicing and technical feasibility.
- Supported product people in using SQL, Metabase and cloud data services to gain independence.
- Brought technical, commercial and telecom-partner areas closer together for continuous improvement of the chain.

Results and observed signals
- Perceived quality of team health improved by more than 57%. How it was measured: Conflict management and continuous-improvement rituals across people at different levels.
- Operational capacity increased by 35%.
- Base across major telecom carriers expanded by more than 25%.
- More than 85% of merchants converted to electronic payment methods.
